Emma Collier

Founder and Partner, Strategy & Ventures

Emma brings more than ten years of experience shaping people-centered brands, partnerships, and strategy at the intersection of technology and human decision-making. Over the past five years in maritime, she led Global Partnerships for George Economou’s EVIDENT, which tokenized the first maritime asset—a $100m LNG carrier—and served as Chief Relationship Officer at Satva Trust, supporting the evolution of a proprietary fuel intelligence model using machine learning.

As Founder of Further & Further, Emma created a maritime digital consultancy built around a single reframe: AI is a strategic hire, not a tool. The discipline follows from there — define the role, map it to the actual workflow, measure how it behaves in live operations, and stay accountable for what it produces over time. AI doesn’t behave like software. When it degrades, it keeps producing outputs that look usable. Failures accumulate quietly, and by the time the pattern surfaces, decisions have already been built on it. Further & Further gives maritime leadership the fluency to govern that — to know where AI sits inside their decision chain, what breaks when it gets something wrong, and who owns the consequences when it does. Maritime already has a strong first muscle in safety, compliance, and operational discipline. AI requires a second one. Further Ventures is the think tank-style initiative Emma co-founded — alongside F&F partners and George Xiradakis — to develop it at scale, anchored in Athens and built for Greek maritime leadership.

Emma hosts the Further & Further podcast, bringing long-form, Lex Fridman-style conversation to maritime leadership.
