A new think tank style initiative being built in Greece for and with maritime leadership.

Venture in the original sense, a bold undertaking. Maritime companies are making AI and digital technology decisions right now, and most of the people accountable for those decisions do not yet have the fluency to evaluate what they are buying, govern the risk it creates, or lead their teams through it. Further Ventures exists to close that gap.

Further Ventures is founded by Emma Collier, George Xiradakis, Mike Konstantinidis, Christiana Aristidou, and Dimitris Orfanos.

Who owns the consequences of AI-influenced decisions?

The real gap is ownership, not tooling. Who owns the consequences of AI-influenced decisions? Who defines what good looks like, where AI is used, whether it is actually working, and who steps in when it is not. If those answers are unclear, accountability moves away from the people who are supposed to carry it and toward the systems they deployed without properly understanding. What is required is not more tooling. It is the rebuilding of ownership under AI conditions. Further Ventures is the place that work gets done, through unfiltered, unscripted, and brand agnostic access to the people who live and breathe it, with equal participation. Built to separate signal from noise rather than add to it.
