In 2017, Alexandros and Tasos met on a renovation project for a tourist business. Alexandros handled the full licensing and reconstruction, Tasos managed the permit procedures. Their collaboration worked—well-organized, effective, built on mutual respect for what the client actually needed.
What started as a single project became a lasting partnership, founded on the idea that renovation work should be transparent from start to finish.
Tasos runs AEIFOROS, a technical company specializing in renewable energy projects and property valuations. He’s a certified REV appraiser (Recognised European Valuer) with expertise in public procurement—experience that proves invaluable when navigating complex approvals and regulations.

The foundation of our work is the people. George, Alexandros’s childhood friend from the same neighborhood, specializes in aluminum and iron work across commercial venues and entertainment centers. Through him came another George (Greece has no shortage of excellent Georges), an HVAC technician who works with one of the country’s largest public building maintenance companies. Former classmates, now trusted partners.
Giannis the plumber, a long-time family friend, is known for reliability and technical expertise. Michalis our electrician joined for a single service call—his precise, clean workmanship made him an essential team member. Giannis the builder (Alexandros’s uncle—Greece has no shortage of dedicated Giannises either) brings obsessive attention to detail to every masonry and tiling project. Christos designs kitchens and doors that balance modern aesthetics with practical functionality.

Alexandros has spent nine years in renovations, focusing on quality, reliability, and speed. He believes the key to every successful project is proper coordination and trusted partners—something that shows in his track record of delivering results that respect both the client’s time and budget without compromising on quality.
With accurate cost estimates and solid planning, he’s built a reputation for projects that actually finish when promised.
Tasos is a certified REV (Recognised European Valuer) and civil engineer with master’s degrees in Environmental Protection and Engineering Project Management. As founder of AEIFOROS, he specializes in renewable energy projects, property valuations, and technical consulting, with two decades of experience working with major Greek banks including National Bank of Greece and Eurobank.
As a Partner at Further & Further, Tasos brings deep knowledge of Greek regulatory frameworks, public procurement processes, and project implementation—essential expertise for navigating complex approvals and understanding what actually works in the Greek market. His experience spans from photovoltaic parks to real estate development, providing the local knowledge and regulatory insight that foreign investors and maritime companies need when entering Greek markets.
